The Fine Print in Big Letters

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our fees don't include the cost of mailing, postage, postal fees, materials or graphic design unless specifically stated beforehand. We provide the genius - you provide the raw materials.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!

After contracting for our services we'll start creating your direct mail piece or web copy. If you then decide not to proceed with a mailing or website project, we'll charge you the contracted rate per completed page.

If you subsequently decide in the future to go ahead with the mailing or web project we'll credit you with what you've already paid.

In cases of litigation, losing party agrees to bear all costs of such litigation, including but not limited to court costs and attorney fees. *

* This is thanks to a guy named Joe who thumbed his nose at paying us after we worked on his project for a month and a half.

50% of initial fee due upon signing. Balance due upon project completion. If entire project is less than $450, full payment is due upon signing.

Client agrees not to use the wording in the direct mail letters or appeals we produce for other purposes without permission, except in cases of short quotations for press or promotional reasons.

Client agrees not to re-sell or gift our web copy to another site or entity - unless the entire site is transferred to the new entity. (One owner at a time - please!)

If you insist on micro-managing the project:

Be aware if we use your input at your request, then we bear absolutely no responsibility for the results. By input I mean your copy, your layout, your graphics and anything else that you might insist be part of the project over our recommendations. Our guarantee will then be null and void. (Back seat driving has it's price.)
